Position Overview:
We are a leading provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and transportation solutions, catering to the unique needs of major food and drink manufacturers and retailers. Our state-of-the-art facilities and expertise ensure that our clients' products are stored, handled, and transported with precision, maintaining their quality and freshness throughout the supply chain.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide support across the entire employee lifecycle, offering guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and development.
​
Based: Romac Logistics Ltd, Urmston, Manchester
Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Mon - Fri)
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Maintain employee records in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Assist in the preparation of reports for senior management on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Key Skills and Experience:

Experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to generalist HR practices.

Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
