Romac Logistics Ltd is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and recognising, appreciating and valuing differences of all individuals. We will not discriminate against anyone on the basis of age, disability, gender identity, marital status, race, religion, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristics under the law.
We are committed to providing a safe, secure and healthy working environment for everyone and we recognize that our differences are our strengths. We foster a culture of respect, equality and fairness and we believe everyone should be treated with dignity and respect.
We will ensure all staff members are given equal opportunities and that they are able to progress on merit alone. We will provide appropriate guidance and support to help staff to develop their skills and realise their potential.
We accept responsibility for ensuring that our Equality and Diversity Policy and practices comply with the Equality Act 2010 and other applicable equality laws and regulations. We will also take appropriate steps to ensure any breach of this policy is investigated and disciplinary action taken, as necessary.
We expect all staff to adopt our commitment to equality and diversity and to promote a culture of inclusivity within the workplace. We will ensure that this policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary.
